About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Urology

i have had a lucky 60 plus years with almost no reason to attend any hospital. The last three years however I have had a fixator inserted in my wrist, a heart attack and a prostrate cancer diagnosis.

Great service from everyone on each occasion. Dedicated staff at every level from porters and auxiliaries to Nurses and Consultants. All helpful. All caring and most of all all competent.

Complaining about minor issues with food or the fact that you are not the most important person there will earn you nothing. If you need urgent care you will get it from the staff at NNUH. You won’t go hungry unless you are very fussy.

I have been treated with dignity and humour at times. Yes, the car park charges are irksome but a little bit of planning can avoid the worst of it.

So stand up staff at NNUH and take a bow. I have more treatment to come and have no reason to believe it will be any less than the five star service I have experienced up to now.
