"Outpatient nightmare"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Urology

Recently attended one of urology OPDs and totally apauled and shocked at the archaic and custodial principles given in the 21st century. Unable to give full details as still under their care and fear of retribution. Summary

Not listened to by doctors

Disregarded and patient experience and information. Or seen as important or relevant

Medics see themselves as superior

Waste of time complaining because the system supports these inhuman practices and culture

Sad representation as other parts of the overall Leicester NHB excellent but you have no choice when you need specialised support - term used in its loosest form
