I was admitted on this morning for day surgery to operate on my left thumb for trigger release. The staff at mottingham ward greeted with smiles & reassurances which made me feel at ease immediately so a big thanks to them! ! Then I was greeted by a member of Dr Neen’s team & im so sorry I can’t remember his name but he was an absolute delight, explaining every procedure to me & chatting with me, a really nice chap. Then Dr Neen done what he had to do no messing around explaining every route along the way & of course not forgetting the nurses who assisted & helped me in recovery. A really nice bunch of professionals, just wanted to say you do the NHS proud & I felt privileged to have had you take care of me. Thank you all very very much. You’re all stars in my book! 🌟😊🙂😉👍.
