What I liked

Attended x-ray department on referral from own doctor, for possible fracture/dislocation. Whilst having x-ray the secretary left as it was 4:30. Was told to nurse nothing could be done with the x-ray as no one there to process it, i.e. secretary went home! Not impressed!

What could be improved

The department should work as a team. If an x-ray is being done the office stafff should remain to action what needs to be done.
