"Sister visiting my family had a bad fall"

My sister fell down the stairs in my home and we found her lying on the hall floor, unable to get up and very dazed.

We took her to A&E and the service could not be faulted.

From the moment she was registered, she was quickly taken into the clinic and from then on had doctors, nurses and orderlies working on her.

She was very dazed and could not remember fallng or where she was..

She also had a nasty gash on her shin and bruises all over. This was on Friday evening on 29 June.

She was kept in over night and discharged the next day.

She is 68 and in poor health due to poor life choices, and had breast cancer some years ago.

She had several tests including CT and XRay.

The care given by all the staff was superb and my family could not fault anyone.

Thanks to all who helped my sister.

Some may complain about the NHS but Arrowe Park's A&E is simply the best.
