"Couldn’t be better"

I just wanted to leave a quick review on how friendly and co-operative your members of staff were when I brought in my service user. We were assessed by triage and then awaited our turn. My service user has dementia so was getting quite agitated about the wait. A lady doctor cane out and took us in for assessment. (Which the
F2 was absaloutly brilliant with the service user with.) the doctor kept us well informed. All I can remember about the doctor was how smiley and happy she was, and had bright eyes. Well done ipswich hospital!
