About: Andover War Memorial Hospital

This morning I visited the Day Surgery unit at Andover War Memorial Hospital. This was my first time of having an Gastroscopy !

From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel very welcome which calmed my nerves tremendously.

All the staff were extremely efficient, friendly and calming The procedure went well and again all the members of staff in the threatre gave exceptional care and explained everything. I was taken back to the recovery ward where I was given time to recover from being sedated! Again everything was explained and I was given a much needed drink and biscuits ! I would highly recommend this Hospital !! I was born there many years ago and everytime I’ve visited there for anything I’ve always had the same care !! Well done to you all
