It’s always easier to come online and leave negative comments, and people rarely leave reviews for good experiences.
We have been patients at this surgery for 8 years, joining when my wife was pregnant with our son. Everyone here has always been really helpful and friendly.
I like the approach of the doctors who empower you with facts to make your own decisions on certain treatment. My son has been under the care of the doctor recently who was just wonderful in her approach - directing all questions to him, for him to decide how to proceed.
The doctor has really encouraged my wife with the low carb eating plan which has improved her weight, mental clarity and overall well-being. I have recently benefited from the in-house physiotherapist after suffering with a back injury.
I like the fact you can get appointments on the phone, and also later on some days to fit in with work.
The nearby social prescription service through Care Merseyside with exercise activities and services like mindfulness and debt advice is a brilliant idea.
I would highly recommend this surgery.
