Myself and other Deaf/deaf people whom we know, have a very difficult time in contacting the Deepings Practice, it should NOT be so. I can never find an email address which would make, making appointments so much easier. (How about video face to face?) I am profoundly Deaf using a cochlear implant and telephones are still very difficult for me. Listening to all the recorded messages is not much fun. 1 for this and 2 for that etc, when is the real person speaking??
In a town (Market Deeping) where there are many Deaf/Blind people, more ought to be done to make things easier for them/us, it is a Disability Discrimination issue if not.
Otherwise, once I am there at the Health Centre, the practice and people are excellent in every way! I do hope that this serious issue that has been going on for too long, can be sorted soon.
I remain anonymous because I don't want to appear a trouble maker :-/
