What I liked
Last week:
My 79 year old father was admitted with breathing difficulties. He was very poorly. He was diagnosed with pneumonia. Your teams in A and E and on your ward (Barley) got him back on his feet in days. We were all very pleasantly surprised to have him home by the weekend.
Later in the week, another family member was rushed into Lister A and E. It turned out she had a lump on her brain. By 4am the next morning, she was being operated on in Addenbrooks. She too is home now.
I would like to say a big thank you to the Lister NHS.
