"Professional staff all round"

I have been a member of high pastures surgery for around 15 years and cannot fault this surgery at all. Yes, sometimes you have to wait 2 weeks for a non-urgent appointment at a time that suits you i.e. after work, but that is the case in most surgeries now as GPs are pushed to their maximum.

Within my time at the surgery I have seen most doctors (I don't always see my registered doctor, but I'm happy to see any) and the practice nurse and they are all warm, friendly and very professional. They are also respectful, thorough and listen to your problems- you do not feel like you are just another patient, the doctors really do make you feel at ease. I have been scheduled for numerous tests all have which have came through with appointments very quickly.

The reception staff are also lovely, even though they must be fed up of the sound of my voice by now! Every time I go in to sort an appointment/ ring up to ask a question I am treated with the upmost respect. If they tell you they will ring you back with the required information it is done very quickly and professionally.

I don't have anything bad to say about this surgery other than I can't figure out the online booking system.
