My son was discharged from ITU and the support I had from Mark & Viren over his methadone prescription was excellent service under a lot of pressure.

Thanks for taking time to give us your feedback. Great to hear in a complex transfer of care from hospital you found our service and staff excellent. Please encourage your son to access all we have to offer not only around substitute opiate prescribing but one to one keyworker, groups and on going recovery support.


Do you know we have a dedicated family / career service within One Recovery Bucks, where our family leads can support you (in your own right) should you feel like you could benefit from some support, we appreciate addiction impact whole families not just the user.

I will ensure Mark and Viren hear you kind words, they are both very valuable assists to our team.
