Thank you for the fantastic care I received during my total hip replacement surgery on 22nd June 2018. The booking in staff at the surgical day unit were very friendly and informative and made sure I was comfortable before going to theatre. The surgery was performed by a fabulous team who put me at ease throughout the entire procedure. I was then cared for by the lovely staff on ward 8 when I had to stay in for 2 nights having intended to go home the same day of my op.

Everyone from the domestic staff to the nursing sisters looked after me fantastically well and nothing was too much trouble. Even at this early stage everything seems to have gone remarkably well and it’s great to be recovering at home.
