"My counsellor helped me have a far more positive outlook"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The help I received from my counsellor helped me have a far more positive outlook. It was a consistent support that got me out of bad habits. Some people need a longer duration of support and the service at the hospice provided this to me.
