"Absolutely Appalling"

The Mental Health Service is absolutely appalling.
The wait time for CBT is absolutely ridiculous to the point where my mental health has declined significantly over the past 7 months.
There has been no offer of any further support even after several visits to A&E in 'crisis'.
I've expressed my concerns on numerous occasions to the Mental Health Team only to be told that they just 'don't have the resources/staff' to offer any further support.
The whole system is an embarrassment.
