Dear Jonathan

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with our Urology team here at Royal Cornwall Hospital when you were unexpectedly brought in with suspected kidney stones.

I am thrilled that you received exemplary care from nurses, HCA's, doctors, consultants and porters and that your pain was managed so that you were as comfortable as you could be throughout.

I will make sure that your kind words are shared with the urology team who would have contributed to your care as I know they will be delighted to receive it. If you would be happy to let me know on here which ward you stayed on during your admission, I will ensure it is shared with their team also.

I do hope that you are recovering well from your recent stay and are now feeling much better.

With best wishes

Michaela Brewer, Patient & Family Experience Coordinator
