What I liked

My friend Paulline was admitted to A&E on Oct 27th with problems with her leg, the receptionist there was exceptional, she got a wheelchair, phoned her son to say what had happened because niether of us had our mobiles and I did not know herson's number,we only awaited about 20 mins before we went into Triage nurse and then shortly after she saw a doctor who gave her a thorough examination and then she went to X Ray. I returned to the waiting room to await results and she was eventually admitted to a word for an overnight stay where the staff treated myself and her son very efficiently and were most kind,

My friend is now home and looking much better.

Please pass this message on to A&E especially the receptionist whom assisted us.
