"Parking is a joke"

my son goes to the nursery at the Child development center. The parking on a normal day is not great but now right out side there Cdc there is work going on blocking off 3 disabled bays. It’s a total joke there has been no warning to the staff in the area. Does anyone actually care or do they try to make things difficult as possible. I had to park in the main car park and walk through normally wouldn’t be a issues but like I sai my son was in the Cdc he has disabilities and equipment. He has a blue badge for a reason. If your going to block of disabled parking bays then you need to find temporarily parking spaces to replace what you have blocked of
