"Excellent care in DVT clinic"

I’d like to say a huge thank you to staff in the DVT clinic today who looked after my mum. She has Alzheimer’s and the care and patience the staff gave her were exemplary; they were calm, professional and informative, treating my mum with respect at all points. The ultrasound team were similarly caring and professional, we were kept informed of progress throughout.

Staff went the extra mile with my mum, including a welcome cup of tea and biscuits when she got a bit unsettled. This really helped to calm her. Thank you , we feel lucky to have been in such safe hands.
