"Most professional GP Surgery going."

Never had a problem with this GP surgery in the year+ since i've been registered. Sometimes it's a bit tricky to book a face-to-face appointment but i know that's an issue all over the country so can't complain and i know the GPs at this surgery work their hardest to see as many people as possible every day. They do however have telephone consultations, same day when possible which is equally as good if not a better and a quicker alternative for me and them. Had a load of problems with my mental health that's never been resolved with the mental health teams here on Sheffield or anywhere else. Various GPs at this surgery have had to pick up the pieces and today after an appointment with a GP (don't think i can mention names) i'm getting somewhere. The GP was so knowledgable and knew my situation so well that i'm actually certaim 100% i wont have to crack on with my situation much longer, for the first time in about 9 years. So thankful beyond words i already feel better. All great staff, can't explain how much todays appointment has left me optimistic for the first time in nearly a decade.
