(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Please have doctor/nurse on call at all times (weekends/bank holidays) who can supply prescriptions in case of accident E.G breakage. Please supply hand santiser on front door handle. I find my support worker a great help.

Hi

Thank you for your comments. We have sanitsers around our buildings available for everyone to use. The locations vary from building to building but if you ask at reception they can point you in the right direction. In terms of having a Doctor on call all the time this unfortunately is not possible. We are a specialist service and for any other health support GP's and Emergency services such as A&E are available. Our Doctors deliver planned clinics across the county and we do usually have access to a prescriber most of the working week.
