What I liked
Day and Night Staff nurses were fantastic and always very helpful
What could be improved
Some HCA should go through proper Customer Service Training
Anything else?
One evening i did not receive my tablets on time and i had to ask 3 times for a nurse to come and give them to me
Also cleaning was done but not properly, the floor wasnt mopped around my bed
