What I liked
I got there around midnight and the receptionist was very rude and said I could not see a doctor because I had not booked an appointment, even though I tried to call all their telephone numbers for 10 times and no one picked up.
She also said that St Pancras Hospital is not a walk-in hospital, even though it is listed as a walk-in centre on the NHS website.
"Horrible"
