"Visit to pediatric a&e 1 July 2018"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Accident and emergency

I brought my daughter into a&e on Sunday 1 July.

The who,e department was efficiant and very quickly we were sent through to pediatric a&e.

After a very short wait we were seen by the nurse.

She explained everything clearly to my daughter and cleaned the wound gently.

The doctor came in and agin, clearly expalined everything he planned to do, how to look after the wound and what to do.

The staff were excellent, the quality of care was really good.

The doctor and nurse both had a good attitute and dealt with us calmly, efficiantly and professionally.

Thank you to them both for their care.
