I had a NHS hearing aid given to me and how to use it but the left ear aid got stuck in my ear and I had to go A and E at Chelsea hospital to get it out. Result I do not use these aids anymore and have decided to save up to go private. Paddington outpatients very unsatisfactory I had to go back a second time to get a better understanding of how to use them. It was after this the aid got stuck in my ear.

I wasted too much time and effort. Any suggestions for a better hospital to go to for different NHS hearing aids?
