"BIOPSY X 2"

I visited Dermatology at the John Parkes outpatients today and would like to make the following comments

1 The member of staff on reception was most friendly,efficient and polite.

2 The waiting area is clean,bright and comfortable.

3 My Nurse was most welcoming,friendly and efficient.

4 The Dr who carried not one but two Biopsies in a sensitive area could not have done better in any respect.
