After being sent an appointment 4 weeks after being referred by my GP I was optimistic.
I was assessed by a member of staff who discussed with a specialist his findings.
2 months later I received an appointment letter and was seen by the Dr who made a diagnosis based on his colleagues notes?!
I was then prescribed medication that disagreed with me and despite calling for 4 weeks as per the Dr's advice have been ignored. I went to my GP who advised I would need to see my specialist at Northcroft and couldn't assist. I attempted to self care via healthy minds who again were unable to help as I had not been discharged.
Basically, if you like to be lied to, mislead, ignored and left to wrack & ruin go to Northcroft. I cannot wait until I am discharged.....rather take my chances roaming the community unmedicated.
