The facilities and staff at Hilton main ward at Cannock Chase hospital has been absolutely amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble. Questions are answered or information is found out for you. Continuity has been fabulous. The staff interact well with patients and themselves. I was never made to feel a nuisance and I was never rushed.
