With temperatures at the end of June 2018 reaching 28c, its surprising that there is no air-conditioning on some of the wards. That, together with 60% of the windows being un-openable (Clapham Ward ), some for over a year, and no fans being available, makes it very uncomfortable for the patients and nurses.
