"First class and much appreciated"

Although my procedure was only a minor operation at NHS Forth Valley recently, I can only express my thanks to all staff involved throughout the time period involved.

Starting with my local Health Centre in Dunblane through to the actual operation taking place in hospital I have only admiration for the medical service received from all staff involved in the procedure (this includes all medical and administrative staff).

My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I was called on time, received a clear detail of procedure from David and Maureen, and was leaving the hospital approximately 40 minutes later.

we are always quick to criticise the NHS, perhaps I am in the minority, but from all past dealings with the NHS - includes the birth of my son, a minor heart attack in 2014, and continued treatment to Diabetes 2 since 2003, the service received has always been first-class and very much appreciated
