"All the bad reviews are true!"

All the reviews detailing the awful place are true! It's very unsafe, patients, who clearly need to be supervised, are allowed to roam the corridors at all hours and intimidate new patients. At 1.30 am this morning I had to leave my frail, sick and disabled aunt there and I was horrified by how scary the whole place us. It was like a horror movie as soon as we set foot inside and felt like a prison from the bag check to phone charger taken away to the bare white room complete with prison like toilet (no seat) to the little square windows on each door with lines across like bars.

Everything that has been said about treatment of patients and staff _ (the girl on front desk was asleep? IS ALL TRUE AND MOST IF THEM WERE WRITTEN IN 2015/6!

if they do not move my aunt somewhere safer tomorrow I will be taking her out.
