What I liked

I took my daughter to admissions on Monday 24th October 2011 for 8 a.m.. Everything worked smooothly right up to the operation time. When she was back at the ward (Ward 36) the same smooth process kicked in and everyone acted in a professional manner until her discharge.Please thank everyone involved.

Anything else?

On the way back to Kendal on the Monday I heard a discussion about the Hospital on Radio Lancashire with some worrying comments from the Union rep and the programme commentator about what should worry those about to enter the Hospital for treatment. I think these folks should experiemce the treament first-hand or talk to patients and families before mouthing off on the radio!
