Great department

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I have had cause to use this department twice recently.

The first occasion Dr I Morrison went out of her way to fit me into her full clinic. She isn't even my regular consultant! Lovely caring person with a great bedside manner!

The second appt was with Nico the Rheumotology Physiotherapist, once again he was amazing, listened to woes and 'fixed' me.

I can't tell you how great this department is and how reassuring it is to know how hard working and dedicated they are.

Thank you for taking the time to post such positive feedback regarding your recent visits to our Rheumatology service. We are always grateful for feedback good or bad as it gives us the opportunity to learn from service users, what matters to them and use this knowledge to further improve our service. I am really pleased that you felt listened to and appreciated the patient centered approach taken by Dr Morrison and Nico, please be assured that your positive comments will be shared with them.
