"My Experience with Receptionists"

(as the patient),

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment and the receptionists I speak to don't seem to care or want to help. the last time I spoke to one of them I got told-its not my problem call back tomorrow!  - I might add that I've been trying to get through from 8am to 10: 30am at this point and that was the first time someone bothered to answer the phone! - why tell people to call at a time if you haven't got enough staff to take the calls? its a waste of my time and theirs with poor management... there's no sympathy with any of them in my experience and when you go into the practice there's no politeness, no smiling, just annoyance that your distracting them from whatever they seem to do on the computer.   

I've had it with their incompetence and in my opinion their failure to provide a duty of care to their patients... I have quite a few issues with myself at the moment but I feel like I cant pursue help due to the barrier of these staff.
