I can’t praise all of the staff enough for the experience we had in ENT today. A very hot day and yes we did have to wait a while however a waiting room with toys helped. The staff were all so professional and put my son at ease. Toddlers don’t like being prodded in their ears however the staff were all patient and happy which made my son happy. Excellent department.
