My family and I have been using this practice since we moved to Newark 15 years ago.
The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all friendly and professional, and good with the children.
One of the Doctors identified a serious problem with my son's back (when he was a baby) that the pediatrician and x-rays had missed. He organised a hospital appointment immediately (whilst we were still in the room), and after surgery my son's back is now fine.
Whilst it isn't very easy to get an appointment (you have to call at 8am, a time I'm usually travelling to work at) I can now book appointments online.
Overall, I would recommend the surgery.
I see complaints about delays in trying to get appointments, but it was far harder to get appointments at my previous doctors surgery many years ago when the NHS wasn't as underfunded as it is now.
