"Women's outpatient dept"

Never on time, always delayed more than an hour without being told, rude staff answering your questions except a male.

I had an appointment today at 3pm at the women's outpatients department at st Mary's hospital, I even came 20minutes earlier aswell and was told that the gynae is not delayed and i would be seen on time, nearly an hour later i get told that shes running late approximately an hour.

Same happened last 2-3 times I came to this department. Last time I waited 3 hours for the appointment which didn't last more than 2 minutes. The service I have been getting from this department is ridiculous. Never on time and not even bother to tell when they get delayed! Rude staff and short as Well, wish there were more than 1 gynae. Not coming here again and would not recommend anymore to come unless if you enjoy sitting for hours!!!
