i just want to thank the staff at the minor injuries unit who treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy when i visited on monday with a suspected wrist fracture. how lovely it must be to work in such a caring environment. thank you ladies.

please excuse lack of capitals but i am typing this with one arm - yes i do have a fracture....
