About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus) / Ophthalmology

Pre op assessment staff nurse was very impatient and very unwillingly to allow me to express my concerns or ask questions ..found her manner and attitude appalling.does not instill confidence ..leads to feelings of vulnerability ...inability to express concerns or feel cared for ..process with staff nurse was a horrid experience ..where's the understanding or compassion ..nurses like this should go do a different job if it's such a chore and the patients are such a nuisance it would seem by the way she kept portraying her annoyance at being asked anything..not a nice experience .
