Asked the staff to enquire why they had the wrong information on my PSA results. No response after 2 weeks so re-referred to Leeds. Only to receive a call 2-3 week later still working of the wrong information. Have been trying to phone all morning to reach the switchboard to discuss further but in over 4 hours of trying to call not once was the phone answered. Very dissapointed
