What I liked

All really efficient. Easy parking, not too far to walk, lovely friendly staff, clean, modern day surgery and recovery. Everyone very caring. I could not think of any way it could be improved.

What could be improved

I visit Andover for many reasons, i look after two 92 yearolds, have 3 children and husband. All theclinics have been improved so much so that I seldom need to wait. But oneclinic could do with a review to try and improve the waiting - that is the Hearing Aid clinic on a Monday morning. It is, in my experience very busy with patients waiting well over one hour. Otherwise all theother clinics including Phlebotomy are all so much more efficient.

Anything else?

Andover is absolutely the best . it is a totally positive healthcare experience. The minor injuries unit is first class and must help A&E at Winchester.
