What I liked
The nursing staff were really fantastic and they could not have done anything more to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was nervous about my procedure but, thanks to the care and compassion of the team it ,was almost pain free and a good experience. I can't praise them enough, they are really amazing!
What could be improved
Nothing at all! From admin, to nursing to the Doctor in charge, I always felt that I was listened to and understood.
"Whatever the outcome, I am grateful to have had..."
