What I liked

I visited Accident and Emergency with my partner. Although there was a waiting time of 2 hours (to be expected), we were seen well before this. The first doctor who saw him was extremely thorough and professional. He was recommended for blood tests to be on the safe side - we were advised the wait would be 1.5 hours as they were busy, but only had to wait 1. When seen by the second doctor, he was also extremely thorough, and where he was unsure, he asked advise from another more experienced professional.

All in all, I was impressed by the attitude of the staff working in a busy A&E department.
