(as the patient),

Injured my back and was off work. Doctor tried various drugs to no effect. Decided I needed and MRI scan and referred to back pain clinic. I got my scan within 1 week!! as I phoned and said I would take any cancellation. Brilliant. Appointment was right on time and the staff extremely pleasant and friendly. I also received a phone call for my referral and was given an appointment within 2 weeks.
