"Excellent Care"

I had my very first operation (Laparoscopy) Tuesday and wanted to say how well looked after I was. The staff were all wonderful even though I was grumpy and anxious. From the consultant that went through my procedure with me clearly and explained exactly what was going to happen, to the anaesthetist and their nurse who was polite and calming when I was crying because I was so scared. To the nurses who looked after me in recovery and back on the ward. To the student nurse who got me loads of jelly I was craving and talked to me afterwards and to the nurses that came around constantly cleaning everything.

I was made to feel like I was the only person they were looking after even though there were others on my ward and we were all treated this lovely. Everywhere was clean and immaculate, all the staff were friendly and chatty. It was the best experience I've had in hospital and I can honestly say if I ever needed to go back I would not be the slightest bit scared because they were all amazing. Thank you all so much for looking after me.
