This was my third dreaded visit to the pre-op assessment department this is extremely unnerving to be dealt with why not just one but several nurses who's attitude leaves a lot to be desired for example the rolling of eyes when one of the question and clear expressions of impatience and this in particular from one nurse. I can only describe that I felt extremely vulnerable and on the verge of wanting to leave for the way she conducted herself throughout part of the assessment I'm quite a hard individual but when you are feeling vulnerable and no one likes to face the lengthy eye operation when you are there on your own and are dealt with in the manner that I was by the nurse I have left today after 30 odd years of being at Moorfields and with only praise for the clinics that I see I left today feeling and actually researching going private to avoid this that I experienced today and also very similar two times in the past on the actual Sedgwick called where staff again why less than approachable or particularly compassionate now hence I'm dreading facing said record for a third time once again though I can only praise the clinics that I go to and the staff there
