"Unbelievable rudeness!"

I called on a Saturday, asking about a flu vaccination clinic that my GP had told me about (due to take place that day). The woman who answered the phone was so rude, I was left in shock! She said yes, she thought there might be a flu clinic upstairs, but didn't know what time it was on, didn't have a phone number I could call, or any way of finding out. Not only was she spectacularly unhelpful but she could not disguise the irritation in her voice. It was appalling! I feel really sorry for people for whom this is their regular GP practice! This woman shouldn't be dealing with members of the public.
