What I liked
We have been helped at home by a number of community midwives based at St Helier. Without exception all have been simply fantastic with us. My wife (most importantly) has been treated with respect and has been guided with whatever queries we had after something of a traumatic birth process.
Whilst all we have met have been good we wish to single out one of them in particular for special praise who has offered medical and practical advice in a number of areas that has simply been a god send - we consider her to be the 'Mary Poppins' of midwives.
I hope this gets feed back to the excellent team of midwives you have at St Helier, they are a group of people who work to a high standard but maintain the 'common touch' in that they are easy to talk to and hand out only good advice.
I hope this is gushing enough praise for the team there and thank you all for your help so far and for any in the future you may give to us.
Keep up the fantastic work.
What could be improved
Not a thing.
Anything else?
I just want to add that I hope this praise goes directly back to the team and does not sit on a file, we have thanked midwives personally for their help but I wish all within the management structure to know of the fantastic work these people are doing out and about in the community.
"Simply brilliant."
