I am in no doubt that this is a family friendly surgery. In the same vein, the patient population is quite diversified. When I attend at the surgery, I come into contact with patients from from various backgrounds, age groups; from kids to individuals in their fourth age, and different genders. This a reflection of the diversified community that the surgery serves. It will therefore be appropriate to affirm that in this surgery no one is discriminated against.
The surgery is quite accessible as the location is serviced by an important and yet busy bus routes, trains and tube services. Bus services are very regular on the route. This makes for patients' convenience. suffice it to say that the surgery is strategically situated to serve the community effectively.
Finally, I have to summarize by asserting that the staff in this surgery are good in what they do. They maintain a very good professional boundary and at the same token, are friendly and always happy to help. Efforts should be made to support the staff by way of training as this will enable them to improve. In this way the present good standard will continue to improve.
