"Slow"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus) / Ophthalmology

Since visiting this clinic in the last couple of months and in previous times, I am concerned that the ratio of doctor to patients is too low. Appointments are sent out but the whole experience can take over 4 hours from start to finish. Huge waits between sessions with uncomfortable seating.

I am convinced everyone is either given the same morning or afternoon appointment, as borne out by talking to other patients. However the nursing staff are brilliant and do their best to keep everyone moving, it's the doctor/patient time that is the main problem.
